At Card Keepers Japan, we ship globally from Osaka, Japan, with a focus on collectible trading cards and preorder items.
1. Shipping Carriers
We use the following services depending on location and product:

Japan Post (EMS, Airmail, etc.)

Other regional partners for customs-friendly shipping
2. Processing Time

In-stock items: Shipped within 1–3 business days

Preorder items: Shipped once they arrive from the manufacturer (this may take weeks or months)
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.

All international orders come with tracking.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Address Accuracy

Orders will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

If you need to change your address, please email us at aerona@live.com.au with your order number before shipment.
5. Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping fees will apply.

We are not responsible for lost packages that show as delivered by the courier.
6. Customs & Import

We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by customs inspections.

We cannot refund or replace items destroyed by customs.
