🚚 Shipping Policy

At Card Keepers Japan, we ship globally from Osaka, Japan, with a focus on collectible trading cards and preorder items.


1. Shipping Carriers

We use the following services depending on location and product:

  • Japan Post (EMS, Airmail, etc.)

  • Yamato Transport

  • Other regional partners for customs-friendly shipping


2. Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Shipped within 1–3 business days

  • Preorder items: Shipped once they arrive from the manufacturer (this may take weeks or months)


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.

  • All international orders come with tracking.

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


4. Address Accuracy

  • Orders will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • If you need to change your address, please email us at aerona@live.com.au with your order number before shipment.


5. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping fees will apply.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages that show as delivered by the courier.


6. Customs & Import

  • We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by customs inspections.

  • We cannot refund or replace items destroyed by customs.
