Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and return terms carefully:

✅ Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described

  • You are dissatisfied with the product for a valid reason (restocking fees may apply)

💡 A 10% restocking fee may apply depending on the reason for the return.

If your return is due to damage or defects, please email us with photo evidence. Without proof, we cannot verify the issue and process a return.

If returning due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You can either:

  • Arrange shipping yourself, or

  • Request that we arrange pickup (fees apply)

We aim to process all returns within 1–2 business days of receiving the item.


📦 Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier:

  • We will either issue a full refund or

  • Send a replacement (if stock is available)

Please notify us as soon as possible, as courier claims must be filed quickly. Delays in reporting may result in ineligible claims.


❌ Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We usually ship within 1 business day, so if your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process above.


🔁 Terms

  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • Returns must include original packaging where possible

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
