Are your items authentic?

Yes — 100%.

At CardKeepersJapan, we take authenticity seriously. Every item we stock is guaranteed to be 100% genuine and original. We source directly from trusted distributors, studios, and licensed manufacturers in Japan.

With years of experience in the collectibles and trading card industry, we are committed to only offering authentic cards, figures, and merchandise. We do not deal in counterfeits, replicas, or bootlegs — ever.

Your trust is important to us, and we’re proud to uphold a reputation built on quality and legitimacy.


Can I pick up my order in person?

No, we ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Japan to the address you provide during checkout.


When will my order ship?

For in-stock items, we typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.


Important Shipping Information

  • We ship only to the address you provide at checkout.

  • Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees in their country.

  • Shipping fees are based on the final box size and weight — please ensure you're able to cover shipping costs before ordering.

  • If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, you will need to pay shipping again to have it resent.

  • All international orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery.


Which courier do you use?

Shipping methods vary depending on your location and the size or weight of the item.

We primarily ship using Japan Post (including EMS) for most international orders. For certain items or destinations, we may also use alternative carriers such as Yamato Transport or other reliable services — though this is less common.

For major European cities, we do our best to use customs-friendly shipping options whenever possible to help minimize import duties or delays.

All shipments include tracking for peace of mind.


Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but only via email.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at aerona@live.com.au as soon as possible.

Please note that updating your account information will NOT update the shipping address for existing orders. To avoid any issues or delays, be sure to include your order number or any relevant reference details in your email.

Changes cannot be guaranteed if your order has already been processed or shipped, so please contact us promptly.
